Yes, I am that chunky guy.
I’m 5’6 and I weigh around 200lbs which puts me in the “obese” category.
In a year, I went from 170lbs to 205lbs!
So what the HECK happened?
I got married and every night became a date night. You name it, I ate it.
Also, I started a business and began working from home.
So what’s my plan?
Diet pills and more diet pills. No not really.
I want to weigh 167lbs by mid September 2013.
Which means that I’m going to have to lose at least 1lb per week for 28 weeks.
And I’m going to do it by going on the Slow-Carb Diet as discussed in Tim Ferriss’ book, “The 4-Hour Body.”
The Slow-Carb Diet has 5 basic rules:
Rule 1: Avoid “white” carbohydrates (or anything that can be white).
Rule 2: Eat the same few meals over and over again.
Rule 3: Don’t drink calories.
Rule 4: Don’t eat fruit.
Rule 5: Take one day off per week and go nuts.
So that’s what I’m going to do.
